RI Science Teachers Association (a 501c3) is planning our 2019 conference and we would like to provide our attendees an opportunity to see great resources from commercial vendors. This year, we are moving our conference to the beautiful new phamacy building at the URI Kingston Campus. Our conference is growing every year and our 2019 keynote speaker, NSTA Program Director and author Ted Willard, will likely attract a number of new attendees!
With a $200 donation, each vendor will be provided with a table, and food/refreshments for their representative. We will also include a listing in our conference materials so that vendors can give their contact information to attendees.
If you would like additional exposure to attendees and RISTA members, consider having your company become a RISTA sponsor. Sponsorships are available to companies for $900. This donation level provides the company with special recognition in our conference materials as well as a link on our webpage for one year. Sponsors are also provided with 2 tables at the conference.
The tables for all commercial participants will be located where attendees will pass between sessions. We will also use 'game encouragement' for participants to interact with vendors. For this, we will be looking for prizes (products or gift cards) from vendors who are interested in taking part.
